TVH Parts Company wished to enhance their already polished Roseville suite by converting eight private offices into an open work area to accommodate 24 workstations. A file storage room was transformed into an employee fitness area (not pictured), paired with two private restrooms and showers.

Project Scope

Adding showers to a mezzanine level created an extra complexity to the overall project scope. Our team ensured proper slope for the floor drains and we mitigated any disruption to the tenant occupied in the suite below.

We integrated AV and security wiring into the existing TVH Parts Company systems.

Fresh paint and new carpet enhanced the 7,600-square-foot office by reflecting the TVH brand, as well as complementing an existing fireplace and acoustical cloud. The office layout includes a suite entry, four private offices, two storage rooms, large conference room, kitchen and staff lounge, open offices, phone room, fitness room, and private restrooms with showers.
