Sever Construction completes ground-up industrial building in Vadnais Heights for growing client

The 20,000-square-foot building will increase storage for the fabrication company’s metals and aluminum panels.

In late June of 2021, our team partnered with POPE Architects, Clark Engineering, and IMEG Engineering to construct a 20,000-square-foot industrial building. Located in Vadnais Heights, this precast panel structure is the new production facility for several metal manufacturing materials.
