The financial team overlooks the beautiful Great lawn from The Pavilion at The Promenade

Sever Construction was selected for the recent 360 Financial office renovation located in Wayzata. Their former location was in Minnetonka which had become operationally too small. The founder of 360 Financial, Mike Rogers, wanted to create a space that would build a sense of community for both the team and its clients. Thereby, their move to the beautiful Pavilion at The Promenade, just blocks from Lake Minnetonka.

Selecting the Space

The unique space was specially chosen for its prominent storefront situated in a highly trafficked area, natural light and large windows, and for its two-level, tall ceiling layout where the team can grow comfortably. The office location provides on-street parking and high walkability to its staff and clients.­­­

Project Design

BDH was the architect and design partner for the project. Their team incorporated an overall modern design that highlights raw materials and the existing industrial aesthetic. It was with intention to keep the concrete walls, ceilings and columns exposed. The new mezzanine floor was also left exposed to highlight the steel beams and girders. At the office’s entrance, an open staircase leads up to the mezzanine featuring cabled railings which tie into the overall design profile.  The private offices were carefully laid out for ample natural light exposure and idyllic views without compromising the lighting in shared spaces; specifically, in the conference room and kitchenette area.
