The historic Hamm’s Brewery building located on the east side of St. Paul is now home to The Everest Studios suite collection.

Sever Construction completed the renovation in mid-February of 2019 — producing nearly 30,000 square feet of flex space.

The entire third floor showcases a variety of 24 suites ready for lease. The blank canvas tenant spaces range from 500 and 900 SF to 1,100 and 1,400 SF. Each suite can accomodate anywhere from one to five occupants.
