Our construction teams volunteered together to buildout a portion of a neighborhood Cottage Grove home

On Friday, April 12, during National Volunteer Week, project managers, superintendents and business development team members from both Sever Construction and Duke Realty dedicated a day of volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.

The home building project was for a residence located in Cottage Grove, MN. The two story, five bedroom home will be wheelchair accessible for a family of six. Construction of the home began in early November and will wrap up at the end of May, 2019.

The volunteer teams partnered off into groups to complete a series of interior scopes including trim work, caulking and putty, closet shelving and laundry room sheetrock.
