Sever Construction partnered with Everest, LLC to renovate the entire third floor of the former bottling building at the historic Hamm’s Brewery. The 29,000 square foot flex space is now home to 24 business suites ideal for small start-ups, artist studios, entrepreneurs, IT business and commercial office space.

The suite spaces range from 500 and 900 square feet to 1,100 and 1,400 square feet. Each suite is a blank canvas ready for lease and can accomodate anywhere from one to five occupants.

Sever Construction cut-in block openings for new windows, completed concrete work, and roof repair. A new HVAC system was designed and installed, including four new RTUs for the building. New door frames and hardware were selected and installed. Interior paint was applied throughout the entire third floor and new outlets were installed in each tenant suite.
