Sever Construction partnered with BDH on the HERO Plumbing, Heating and Cooling renovation located at the Hampshire Technology Center in Bloomington, MN. The space presents a Peak Performance Lab for its office staff and service technicians. Employees can enjoy the Cryo chamber, fitness room, sauna, and the on-site nutritional coach and fitness trainer. The 25,000-square-foot buildout wrapped up in February 2020. Throughout the office space are enclosed meeting and collaboration rooms. The recruitment room is surrounded by glass and features textural wall coverings, comfortable lounge-like furniture furnished by Fluid Interiors, a distinctive light fixture and technology. Large group training sessions and staff meetings are a common occurrence at HERO. It was very important for the training rooms to be nearby the kitchen and breakroom during conference room gatherings. Our project team designed and constructed a brand-new drive-in ramp and four dock doors in the warehouse portion for quick and easy vehicle access.
