Sever Construction was selected to build out the seventh OffiCenters co-working space located in Edina, Minnesota

Sever Construction partnered with Paramount Real Estate Corporate and the OffiCenters Edina team at the start of March 2019. Our construction team demoed and built out the space in less than two months. 

The trending and thriving co-working space includes a warm and welcoming front office and lobby, management office, breakroom, print room, locker hall and mail station. There is an open office area with booth spaces, kitchenette and a variety of tables, counters and high tops. Each area of the space is lined with private offices and quiet huddle spaces. There are several breakout rooms and conference rooms to conduct small and large meetings. 

The newly transformed OffiCenter Edina is 10,600-square-feet located at 5200 Willson Road. The co-working space was open for business by mid-April of 2019.
