Sever Construction tours Paster Properties Office with KOMA and iSpace Environments

Within the former Ovaltine Nestle building resides Paster Properties whom was recognized by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in its Cool Office issue in early November 2018. We toured this unique space recently with KOMA and iSpace Environments to gather some inspiration.

Paster Properties owns, develops, leases and manages nearly one million square feet of retail properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. They moved to St. Louis Park, MN in 2016 to a space that provided an open concept and more natural lighting.

The 5,000-square-foot industrial suite was designed by Studio BV and renovated into a beauiful office space that is now home to a company of 10 employees with plans to grow.

In 1927, the company was founded by Howard Paster’s grandparents as Paster Distributing Co., who distrubted juke boxes, vending, pin ball and slot machines to clients throughout the Midwest.
