MEET BRETT
Brett Svendsen, Superintendent

Brett Svendsen has joined our team as superintendent and has over 20 years of construction experience. His background includes working in both the commercial and residential sectors.

His career in construction took root during the summer seasons while he was attending North Dakota State University. That slowly transitioned into a home-flipping experience while working in commercial construction full-time.

His favorite part of the job is turning over a completed project to a happy and enthusiastic client.

What Brett Does Best: Project Delivery

The main objective for Brett is to complete a project on time and on budget. If that goal is met, we set ourselves up to be a preferred construction partner.

Hobbies + Bucket List
Brett enjoys traveling and meeting people along the way; he feels driving is the best mode of transportation for this type of adventure. His bucket list includes retirement and living in the mountains somewhere to enjoy Mother Nature.
