Sever Construction partnered with Genesis Architects on the Proozy and ProozyFit flex space renovation located at 980 Discovery Road in Eagan, MN. The Minnesota-based company offers apparel and active lifestyle gear through their e-commerce marketing strategies. ProozyFit is a membership-based CrossFit gym with state-of-the-art equipment.

The Proozy Office

The 13,000-square-foot buildout wrapped up in early October 2018. The bright, new lobby entrance presents a stacked corner molding accent wall that opens to a large conference room. Inside the conference room is Dry Erase paint along one wall and a custom handmade table with seating for 16.

Employee offices line the hallway that lead to a section of open workstations situated in the center of the space. The entire building has open-to-deck high ceilings. Tucked behind the workstations are a set of smaller meetin­g rooms and a studio room where product photos are captured for online sales.

Proozy has been one of the nation’s fastest-growing retailers of 2020; it’s on track to post topline sales of over $120 million.

The Office Breakroom

A breakroom bar is equipped with a kegerator serving up the latest kombucha flavors and cold press coffee. Displayed on the shelved wall are a robust set of Proozy trophies for various awards, including Minnesota’s 100 People to Know by Twin Cities Business in Dec., 2018.

The ProozyFit Gym

Adjacent to the breakroom is the one-of-a-kind ProozyFit; a CrossFit gym, yoga studio and workout space all rolled into one for its employees and the public. A large American flag hangs proudly on the wall alongside the ProozyFit slogan, “Push the Limit!” Within the gym there is a set of private shower rooms and a retail section of the latest workout apparel.

The building has 33,000-square-feet of existing warehouse that is used for product inventory, order fulfillments, packing and deliveries.
