Parsons Technologies
A Division of Parsons Electric, Parsons Technologies, Consolidated Its Team into One Centrally Located Office
Swift office remodel of 43,000 square feet is now home to the innovators, operators and installers of Parsons Technologies
Sever Construction completed the Parsons Technologies 43,180-square-foot corporate office on November 1, 2019. In nine weeks, both the LINK Industrial Properties owned office and warehouse were renovated. Designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects, the construction scope required a demising wall, separated utilities and remodel of an existing mezzanine space.
Let’s Break It Down
A vestibule was installed at the new suite entrance, 22 private offices were added along the office perimeter, a large training room was constructed on the main floor, as well as an innovation room on the mezzanine level which is used for collaboration and pull planning.
The scope included a refresh to the employee breakroom by updating the finishes, flooring, paint and cabinets. Two main level restrooms were fully renovated to meet ADA compliance. Our team added a drive-in loading ramp that is attached to the warehouse on the northside of the building. Parsons Technologies self-performed the lighting for this project.
Technology Innovators and Implementers
Parsons Technologies, a division of Parsons Electric, represent the Technologies team who innovate and implement low voltage A/V, Mobile Solutions, Security Solutions and Network Infrastructure Solutions. The new space located at the Trenton Business Center in Plymouth showcases their best-in-class innovations and technologies.
The Parsons Technologies office houses its division employees which is approximately 50 people, and have now consolidated their growing team into one main location. The warehouse lends itself to ample storage of parts and on-time implementation.
