Vibrant and pet-friendly downtown St. Paul lofts select Sever Construction for their amenity upgrades project

Our team partnered with Bigos Management, a real estate development and property management company, to deliver a modern appeal within the shared corridors without compromising the historic charm.

There is a lot to love at the Lowertown Lofts Apartments and now the space is even more delightful with its amenity’s renovation now complete! We were fortunate to work with Bigos Management on their Lowertown Lofts Apartments Amenity Package project in St. Paul, Minnesota. The upgrades foster their “lifestyle inspired community spaces to enhance the tenant and visitor experience.”

This beautiful multi-family complex is located just blocks from CHS Field. It has a historic charm with all new modern interiors and finishes. Working closely with the Bigos design team, we made improvements to the main lobby entrance area, community room, movie theatre, game & arcade room, and all shared corridor spaces.

Within these spaces, Sever Construction installed new LED lighting fixtures, finishes, wall coverings, soffits, and a fresh coat of paint. In the recreational room, we installed a new bar top and wood bases. New ceiling and ceramic floor tile were installed throughout the common areas. New carpet was installed on the grand entrance staircase, throughout the entire lobby, and corridor.

Lowertown Lofts Apartments, located at the corner of Fifth Street East and Wacouta Street, offer a variety of studio to 3-bedroom plus den units. The entire building and grounds are dog and cat friendly, with nearby dog parks and a doggy spa on-site! Creative spaces include resident music studios with pianos, a yoga studio, fitness center with cardio equipment, a thriving art scene, artist studios, and a massage studio.
