Sever Construction prepares a 1.6-acre site in North Mankato, Minn., for new retail developments; completion slated for Spring 2023

In early September 2022, our construction team began preparing the Lor Ray Commons in North Mankato for new retail developments that are slated for completion in Spring 2023.

The overall scope for the 1.6-acre site includes sitework, the shell building and tenant buildout for Chipotle, and the shell building for Starbucks.

To date, our team has completed the clearing and grubbing, excavations, utility work, sanitary and sewer tie-ins, formed footings and the foundations for the two retail buildings. We are also prepping concrete curbs, sidewalk, and asphalt paving at site.
