Growing service provider leases an additional 17,000 square feet at Hampshire Distribution Center South for more office and conference space

Valued client, HERO Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, engaged Sever Construction and BDH for their 17-000-square-foot office expansion located at the Hampshire Technology Center in Bloomington, MN.

As the local service provider has continued to grow, they are making way for more workstations, conferences, and breakout spaces. Featured in this post are in-progress photos of the workplace expansion.

Our construction team was fortunate to be part of the first HERO buildout, which was 25,000 square feet of office, warehouse, and fitness space. During this current office expansion, the HERO team has maneuvered its original layout that created efficiencies within their Peak Performance Center.

The project is expected to be complete by mid-April of 2022 with furniture furnished by Fluid Interiors.
