Surfacequest Moves into Their Newly Renovated Office

Baker Tech welcomes its new tenant, Surfacequest, located in Minnetonka off highways 494 and 62. The 7,000 square foot office space comes equipped with an open workspace area, large breakroom, four conference rooms, set of bathrooms, production area and warehouse.

Capital Partners and Genesis Architects were key partners on this project. The office renovation began in early April of 2018 with a project completion at the end of May. The sleek space also features Surfacequest’s surfacing products, Architectural Fusions and RevProducts, making this a spectacular showroom office.
