Shawn Cross, Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent

Shawn Cross has over 17 years of construction experience in both field and project management settings. He began his career as a plumbing apprentice and went to school to be an electrician. Shawn has a wealth of experience in many trades and real estate management.

Shawn’s expertise lies within the details of planning and executing the design and spec finishes for corporate, hospitality, and industrial environments. He’s proficient at managing multiple moving parts and people to ensure job site quality and critical deadlines.

Each day, Shawn defines the end goal and does everything he can to make sure it’s reached.

Shawn is quick to organize, adapt, and learn.

Not every day will go as planned, but it’s up to our site supervision to absorb the new information, organize it in a way that makes sense, and learn how ot proceed next time.

Hobbies + Bucket List
Spending time with family and friends. Traveling as much of the world as he can while seeing as many sunrises as possible, then immediately golfing it!
