MEET BRIAN
Brian Ziegelman, Superintendent
For over 30 years, Brian has been working in commercial construction. One of his first influencers was his father, who was a top accountant for the original Kraus Anderson building division.
Brian’s first job was for a lawn maintenance company. He was later approached to become a laborer. As Brian’s career developed, he held the position of project lead and foreman, before moving into a superintendent role. Throughout his career, Brian has worked on a variety of projects, including three restaurants at City Center in downtown Minneapolis, Park Dental, gas stations, Bunker Beach wave pool & buildings, and local sports center facilities.
One of Brian’s favorite construction projects was the Bowman Hall & Clock Tower Restoration at UW-Stout. This was a historical site and work was performed in an occupied space. The project received statewide recognition.
Brian’s general responsibilities at Sever Construction include simultaneously coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and trade partners to ensure an on-time and top-quality project installation. Brian maintains the jobsite safety, efficiency, and compliance while keeping a clean and organized work environment.
