Sever Construction successfully transformed a 1950’s retail façade into a modern design at Burggraf’s ACE Hardware in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. This multi-phased project included:

• Demolishing the existing façade
• Adding structural steel and framing to support the new brick
• EIFS finishes

The team also added dock doors, new storefront glass and remodeled the showroom, break room and restrooms.
