Sever Construction worked with The Terrace Group to reposition and renovate the Edina Commerce Center
Located at 5250 W 74th Street in Edina, our team replaced the warehouse building façade and painted the exterior with a breathable masonry paint. New ADA compliant sidewalks were poured alongside landscaping. The parking lot was refinished, and the building received new exterior lighting, mechanical equipment and site signage. Our team cut clear overhead glass door openings at tenant entrances, as well as new storefront entries.
For the interior suite scope, Sever Construction added new HVAC equipment and overhead lighting to four building suites. We separated the gas and electric meters. The flooring was polished to the concrete aggregate and finished with a clear epoxy. The tenant spaces feature painted interior deck and joists, exposed HVAC spiral distribution ducts, LED and pendant lighting systems.
The tenant improvement scope consisted of four suites and kicked off with Bionic Giant.
Bionic Giant, a hybrid creative boutique who provides a multitude of marketing strategies, renovated nearly 4,000-square-feet of space for a set of employee workstations, conference room, studio and recording space.
Asyril US, Inc. develop, produce and market high performance flexible feeding systems. Their 4,000-square-foot space is an ideal tech support, training and distribution center for its team and national distributors.
Dauntless Sport & Spine Clinic, voted Minnesota Monthly’s 2018 Best Chiropractors, is 1,600 SF of new clinic space with four patient rooms, a bright and open lobby, exercise space and breakroom.
Hollander Company, a foodservice equipment and furniture manufacturer representative, renovated 2,000 SF of new office space. They have been serving the Midwest since 1975.
