Minnesota-Based Dermatology Facility Gets a Fresh Update Just in Time for Spring

This past February, Sever Construction was awarded the opportunity to renovate the Dermatology Consultants clinic located in Woodbury, MN, during the same time that SCC was remodeling the St. Paul clinic located off Snelling Avenue. We’ve been fortunate to partner with Dermatology Consultants on several clinic remodels throughout the Twin Cities. 

For this 10,000 SQ FT project, our scope included some light demo work, millwork, doors and frames, drywall, ACT, VCT, paint, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Sever Construction revamped the entire reception area, added fresh paint for 20 exam rooms, replaced millwork within the nurse stations and added a new CoolSculpting® exam room.

The clinic renovation was completed after one month following the project start date, and, all construction work was completed during off hours in an occupied clinic. During this type of build, it’s critical to be aware of noise sensitivities and dust control. Over one weekend, our construction team quickly performed a variety of work behind the reception area prior to the actual desk reinstallation. 

As promised, Sever Construction completed the project in the allotted schedule and on budget. We’re grateful for this continued long-term partnership with Dermatology Consultants and are excited to partner on future projects.
