Matt Sever,
SCC Founder
Matt Sever graduated with a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in 1993 and began working in the commercial contracting industry shortly thereafter.
Matt has over 16 years of construction management experience specializing in tenant improvement build-outs. Matt has successfully completed hundreds of projects ranging in size, scope and type.
Matt’s focus on relationship building and partnering with clients and vendors to provide the highest level of service, quality and pricing in the industry led to the formation of Sever Construction Company in 2009.
Matt has been able to see beyond each individual project and keep Sever Construction Company focused on the larger picture of maintaining and establishing new relationships which benefit all parties. matt.sever@severco.com
Greg graduated with a B.S. from the University of Minnesota and has over 29 years of commercial project management experience specializing in site development, new and remodeling of commercial office, industrial, and retail facilities. Greg's project management strength lies in his attention to details, even keeled disposition, and creative approach to the challenges encountered in each project.

Alex has 26 years of experience in the industry. He started as a union carpenter working his way through his apprenticeship ,and quickly advanced to general superintendent. Alex has specialized in tenant improvements, including some of the largest law offices in the Twin Cities. He is very detail oriented, and takes great pride in each project.

David graduated with a B.S. in Construction Management and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Mankato and brings over 4 years of experience in the construction industry from a carpenter, laborer, consultant to project management. David is adept in applying extensive knowledge of construction methodology, materials, equipment and tools to wide-ranging initiatives. david.moir@severco.com
